StartFragmentJob Description Manage and develop the life cycle of products, including sourcing, costing, marketing, new product development, sales support and financial growth, working to create effective marketing strategies that allow the sale of Medline products in the region. Responsibilities Work with corporate product divisions to proactively develop sourcing projects to guarantee continuous supply, competitive cost, alternative materials, new material sources, new suppliers, specific market requirements, etc.
Build relationships with internal and external customers and end users necessary for the development of holistic solutions and growth of Medline's businesses in the region.
Determine the prices of products in different market segments of the region, according to market channels and associated costs.
Work with product divisions to ensure that new suppliers and product implementations are handled from a sourcing perspective and deadlines can be met, focusing on final cost and maintaining adequate levels of product and service quality.
Develop short and long-term marketing strategies for each region and different distribution channels.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for existing products that include product strategy development, pricing strategy, and brand management.
Analyze the monthly financial performance and determine the contributing factors, offering solutions to sort out decreases in sales and follow trends in costs.
Prepare product forecasts that include expected profits and expenses and analyze sales trends with respect to time strategies and competitive impact.
Provide training materials for the sales force and customers, as well as create sales tools. Qualifications Bachelor´s Degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar) as a minimum
2 years of experience in products related to Operating room products
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales in healthcare, medical devices, pharma or disinfection, sterilization, operating room, intensive care
Proven experience working in collaboration with team members and cross-functional activities across different functions
Advanced English level.
