Job Description

Coordinate and execute the automation process for the different departments of the our business unit. This position is in charge of analyzing, consulting, training, documenting and supporting financial, commercial and supply processes that allow simplification, control and monitoring of the company's operating plans, in the short and long term; supporting decision making. This position will work directly with the IT and PODs teams.

Responsabilities

• Understand the business, business processes, tools and strategic plan
• Work closely with the finance, commercial, category and supply teams to understand business processes and tools
• Create business process maps
• Maintain the key business process maps
• Plan, design and propose processes changes to address business needs.
• Execute the financial, commercial and supply actions to simplify tools and processes.
• Work closely with the IT team to evaluate internal/external application on technical design, delivery and support.
• Create dashboards, reports and tools with the commercial, financial, category and supply teams that support on decision taking
• Develop and coordinate application test plans and test cases, and facilitate test sessions
• Train users
• Evaluate that the business and tools proposals are efficient and align with the user stories
• Standardize proposals with the BU

Requirments

• Degree in commercial engineering, industrial engineering, finance engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or business automation.
• Agile Scrum Master
• E xperience working in a team and under pressure.
• Ability to communicate- work independently and in an organized manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel) Intermediate
• English (mandatory)
