For our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a professional to lead the correct operation and implementation of the IBP cycle, guaranteeing a monthly forecasting process and demand planning in accordance with the strategy, market demands and clients, together with all the stakeholders (Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, Finance and HR areas).
You should seek complete integration between all the elements of the production chain, from suppliers to customers, using indicators and data for process improvement. Ensure that the process is sustainable at all levels, implementing change management tools to ensure the continuity of the operation with excellence.
Requirements:
University education, Engineering, Business Administration or degree course.
At least 5 years of experience in areas related to Production Planning and Supply Chain in productive companies.
Advanced Spanish & English (mandatory)
Experience in implementation processes in S&OP and IBP.
Experience in participation in Continuous Improvement projects.
Experience in managing ERP associated with S&OP/IBP
Experience in managing teams of people
General knowledge of the elements of the Integrated Management System, from which the policies, objectives and processes for their achievement are established.
