This roleis crucial for driving sales of First Mode's products and securingsupply contracts for retrofit solutions and technology in high-tonnagemining trucks, focusing on Chile and LATAM markets. **PositionResponsibilities (Desempeño y Ejecución)**
- The primary functioninvolves leading the development and implementation of marketstrategies that promote First Mode's solutions and ensure the signingof supply contracts.
- Effective management of customer andstrategic partner relationships is fundamental, positioning themanager as the primary advisor for complex technical solutions andfacilitating the closing of commercial agreements. **BasicQualifications (Calificaciones)**
- Advanced English Proficiency:Essential for the effective management of international contracts andeffective communication in technical and commercial contexts.
- 5+years' of experience in MARC Contracts and Closing Deals: Deepknowledge in negotiating and managing MARC contracts and proven skillsin closing supply agreements, using this expertise to strengthen FirstMode's value propositions.
- Leadership and Negotiation Skills:Ability to lead teams and business strategies, with a special focus onnegotiating and closing mutually beneficial contracts, particularlyfor new product implementation pathways.
- Technical Specializationin Mining Haulage and Technology: Extensive (5+ years') experience indeveloping solutions and technology for the mining sector, emphasizingsystem adaptations to enhance efficiency andsustainability. **Preferred Qualifications (CalificacionesDeseadas)**
