About the Role

As an Associate at Atheneum, you will connect our clients with experts. Based out of our Santiago de Chile office, the successful candidate will be supporting our New York City team, thereby operating within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Your responsibilities will include:

Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.

Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.

Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails and persuasive language and negotiation techniques.

Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.

Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Provisional start date: July 8th, 2024

What We Offer

Gross Salary of $1.500.000 CLP (Amount is “Bruto”. The “Liquido” will depend on your health insurance and pension fund)

Monthly performance-based bonus of up to $800.000. Final amount will depend on performance output. (Can be higher or lower)

Hybrid working (2-3 days in office)

Opportunity to “work from home” for up to 6 weeks of the year, as per internal guidelines
