Epsilon is on the hunt for an aggressive and driven Director of Sales for the South Cone region of Latin America, tasked with the mission to elevate our presence and drive unprecedented sales of our media and audience solutions. We're looking for a go-getter, someone who is not just part of the game but changing how the game is played, targeting the dynamic Latin American market with precision and audacity.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
A proven battlefield of success in sales leadership, especially within enterprise sales, boasting a significant track record in the marketing technology or advertising realm, with at least 8-10 years under your belt.
An intimate understanding of the Latin American market – you know the ins and outs, the dos and don'ts, and what makes the market tick.
Leadership that inspires, drives, and delivers – you're known for getting your team to the top and keeping them there.
Exceptional communication skills, an unshakeable presence, and the ability to connect and build trust with clients at all hierarchical levels.
A strategic mastermind, adept at crafting and executing intricate sales strategies in environments where only the agile survive.
A results-driven approach, with a laser focus on rocketing revenue growth and delivering tangible value to every client interaction.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Ready and willing to travel across Latin America to lead the charge and close the deal.
