Job Description

Epsilon is on the hunt for an aggressive and driven Director of Sales for the South Cone region of Latin America, tasked with the mission to elevate our presence and drive unprecedented sales of our media and audience solutions. We're looking for a go-getter, someone who is not just part of the game but changing how the game is played, targeting the dynamic Latin American market with precision and audacity. 

Responsibilities:

  • Forge and execute aggressive sales strategies to not just meet but smash revenue goals and significantly expand Epsilon's market share in Latin America. 
  • Lead, inspire, and supercharge a top-tier sales team; provide them with the mentorship, tools, and fire they need to succeed individually and as a unit. 
  • Build and deepen relationships with key players, diving deep into their business needs and aligning them with Epsilon's innovative solutions for unprecedented outcomes. 
  • Champion a seamless collaboration between sales and internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch services and solutions to every client. 
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the market – stay ahead of industry shifts, competitor moves, and market dynamics to strategically navigate and seize opportunities. 
  • Push the boundaries of sales strategies and thought leadership, establishing Epsilon as the undisputed leader in outcome-driven marketing solutions. 
  • Relentlessly analyze and optimize sales performance and strategies, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in all sales operations. 
  • Be the face of Epsilon in the field – represent us at industry events, conferences, and in key meetings to widen our network and showcase our value proposition. 
  • Qualifications

  • A proven battlefield of success in sales leadership, especially within enterprise sales, boasting a significant track record in the marketing technology or advertising realm, with at least 8-10 years under your belt. 

  • An intimate understanding of the Latin American market – you know the ins and outs, the dos and don'ts, and what makes the market tick. 

  • Leadership that inspires, drives, and delivers – you're known for getting your team to the top and keeping them there. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, an unshakeable presence, and the ability to connect and build trust with clients at all hierarchical levels. 

  • A strategic mastermind, adept at crafting and executing intricate sales strategies in environments where only the agile survive. 

  • A results-driven approach, with a laser focus on rocketing revenue growth and delivering tangible value to every client interaction. 

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. 

  • Ready and willing to travel across Latin America to lead the charge and close the deal.
