Important responsibilities in this role will include:

We built our values around always being refreshing, responsive, and rigorous. In our editorial team, our clients engage with us on the following essential tasks and responsibilities:

Copy and invasive editing for grammar, punctuation, nuanced phrasing, cohesion, flow, etc.

Structural changes and heavy edits to copy and some research can be involved

Formatting in MS Office to meet client’s style and branding requirements

Formatting charts/graphs and transferring data from Excel into Word/PPT

Publishing content using platforms like JIRA, HP PPM, and Wordpress; sharing content on social media through platforms like Spredfast and Hootsuite

Participating in promotional efforts, such as preparation of webinar material and e-marketing newsletters

Skills we’re looking for:

Advanced or native-level spoken and written communication skills in English

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, linguistics, business, accounting, economics, finance, or liberal arts

Proven strength or experience in editing, proofreading, publishing, etc.

Impeccable writing skills and strong attention to detail
