• Efficiently coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all documentation, schedules, and initial communications are managed flawlessly.
• Oversee payroll functions, ensuring precise timesheet accuracy, processing PTO and overtime requests, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess well-being and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Lead thorough investigations into any incidents, creating detailed reports and implementing preventative solutions.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and streamline communication flows, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and handling document requests.
