Paid Media Manager | 100% Remote | E-commerce Marketing Company

About Our Partner:

We're looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to join our partner, a Canadian e-commerce solutions company. They specialize in website design, email marketing, and branding for e-commerce businesses. You'll work on campaigns for clients around the world, helping them reach new audiences and drive sales through strategic paid advertising.

The Role:

This remote role (work from anywhere in Latin America) focuses on developing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms. You'll be a key player in achieving our partner's client acquisition and revenue goals.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google, and Meta
• Generate creative ad concepts and angles
• Conduct consumer research, and identify consumer personas for ad targeting
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative team to design compelling ad creatives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, to continually improve ad performance
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a cohesive client experience.

It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Meet...

• 3+ years of experience in paid advertising management, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-performing paid media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, etc.), and campaign optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on e-commerce
• Strong interest in the latest digital marketing trends.
