Responsibilities:
Ensure the correct development and efficient implementation of activities for the point of sale, at the national level, based on three essential pillars:
Responsible for managing around 300 people at the point of sale through coordination and interaction with the agency that collaborates for Motorola. Visual Merchandising: Visual experience in stores. Constant training for people at the point of sale to have a unique speech for the sales force that promotes the Motorola brand.
The scope of the position is Local, but has extensive interaction with the Latin America team.
Specific functions:
Develop comprehensive B2C Trade Marketing strategies to boost sales and achieve our commercial objectives. Manages the direct and indirect work team Management of the agency (alignment for training, negotiation, conflict management, billing processes and monitoring of the entire administrative part) Standardize processes Budget management Review and update of visual material at the point of sale focusing on improving brand visibility at a commercial level, directly supporting the sales team. Coordinate and support activations and new launches in stores. Collaborate with internal teams (commercial teams, marketing and product areas) and external teams to guarantee the implementation of Trade marketing strategies Requirements:
Bachelor in Marketing / Communications / Business Relations or similar. +8 years of experience in point of sale Trade Marketing Professional english Works team management Communication and customer service skills. Ideal work experience in B2C companies. Competencies:
