YOU ARE

• Having at least 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Experienced in managing big distributed teams
• Knowledgeable of Scrum and software development lifecycle
• Able to see the big-picture and make complex decisions
• A client-oriented, proactive, and flexible personality
• Great at project ownership in all aspects: budget, scope, schedule, quality
• Feeling comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing conditions
• Showing proven success within a start-up or a product team
• Demonstrating great communication skills in English and Spanish

• Leading and directing software development team to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• On-time delivery of expected scope competing requests from various business functions and process owners
• Supporting already set Agile practices and continuously improving project processes

• Ensuring quality of delivered solutions from a technology and domain standpoint
