TMF COLOMBIA is looking for an Accounting Senior Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and tax to work in hybrid modality from Bogotá - Colombia.

Key  Responsibilities

• Reviews the veracity of all documents recorded in the accounting information system.
• Performs reports required by the client according to established schedules.
• Performs monthly transaction volume of assigned clients.
• Performs analysis and/or composition of balance sheet accounts and reviews account balances, third parties and cost centers.
• All deliverables or mailings to external customers must be signed off by your supervisor.
• Creates accounts, third parties, tax plans, Fixed Assets, Deferred Assets, cost centers and others that are required in the information system.
• Acts with proactivity and initiative to clarify and resolve difficulties and identify opportunities for improvement and report to immediate supervisor.
• Supports the supervisor with adequate and timely attention, as well as internal and external customer follow-up. -Coordinates to ensure that the digital file is made and is in accordance with the guidelines indicated by the area.
• Supports the Supervisor, supporting and documenting the requirements of audits.
• Identifies alternatives that lead to the reduction of manual processes and optimization of time and minimization of errors.
• Provides other areas with required reports and/or information.

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least +3 years of preparing and reviewing accounting data.
• Student (last semesters), technologist, technician or graduated public accountant.
• English B1+ (desirable)
