Welcome to our esteemed organization based in vibrant Chicago! We're currently seeking a talented Bookkeeper with expertise in Builderstrend to join our dynamic team in the United States. This role demands a professional who excels under pressure and can adeptly juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

The Role

• Utilize QuickBooks for accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Perform meticulous reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Monitor and oversee incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
• Manage collections accounts, including proactive customer outreach for payment follow-ups.
• Ensure prompt collection of deposits and liaise with banks and customers as necessary.
• Engage in effective customer communications, addressing collection issues and resolving challenges proactively.

Ideal Profile

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Builderstrend is essential for this role.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Familiarity with Google Apps such as Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is considered advantageous.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
