Develop KPIs related to investment opportunities and the performance of investments made. Analyze and value investment opportunities. Review MA transaction documents Term Sheets, SPA, Stock Option Agreements, etc.. Provide support to the Controlling Strategy Director on ad hoc issues. Heres what we are looking for 5 years of professional experience. 3 years in MA Positions. Participation in Due Diligence processes. Deep understanding of the principles of finance and investment management. Graduated in Economics, Accounting, Actuary, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar careers.
