What the day will look like

Handling the casualty line of business

- Prepare all terms and conditions for underwriters, including reinsurance contract documentation.

- Negotiation of terms and conditions with reinsurers.

- Renewal of casualty portfolio under the facilities, as well as non-facility portfolio.

- Development of new business opportunities under the existing facilities, as well as border management. 

- Management of all existing portfolio movements including portfolio requirements and operations.

- Fulfilment of the financial plan and targets in charge of the line.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- Experience: In an insurance company, insurance broker, or reinsurance, in underwriting or claims.

- Expertise: In Casualty ideally in liability and compliance lines, either in the insurance company, insurance broker, or reinsurance.

- Studies and/or specialties: Undergraduate degree in administrative areas, accounting, or law.

- Languages: Basic/intermediate English.

- Technological tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
