What You’ll Do: - Develop the forecast of the projects in charge. - Follow and control project management using agile methodologies. - Collaborate with the PMO on procedural execution for PMs. - Guarantee the application of consistent HR policies, in close collaboration with HRBP. - Support the PMs in charge and escalate those relevant issues to the VP. - Ensure team compliance with established methodologies and processes. - Present complex problems to AMs responsible for customer interactions. - Ensure effective, professional, and clear communication between PMs and Customers. - Foster customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project. - 8+ years of management experience. - Proven track record in managing software outsourcing projects with expertise in Personnel, Time Materials, and Budgets. - Background in the IT industry with a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. - Customer-oriented. - Experience with Agile Methodologies. - Strong communication skills. - Advanced English level.
