Full Stack Developer Tech Support

Paid Ads Job Description- 1 position needed · Create paid ad campaigns in Google Ads
· Optimize campaigns for clients to drive conversions
· Stay up to date with the latest PPC best practices
· Experience in Paid Search (Pay-Per-Click) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
· Experience in working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google and Facebook)
· Experience with Google Analytics and other website statistics tracking
· Certifications in Google Ads are required; certification in Google Analytics is a plus!
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
· A marketing degree is welcomed but not required, as long as the qualified candidate has relevant work experience Tech Support Agent- 1-2 positions needed · Make updates to existing websites for clients 
· Help clients solve problems with their websites 
· Complete other Tech Support operations and duties 
· Ability to read and modify HTML5, PHP and CSS3 
· Experience with jQuery 
· Be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Dreamweaver and Photoshop 
· Must be able to configure email clients (different versions of Outlook and Mac Mail) 
· Experience with cPanel 
· Have WordPress experience 
· Must be an adept troubleshooter 
· At least two years of customer service experience 
· Multi-tasker 
· Detail-oriented
