TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.

In The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Career Services team at TripleTen as a long term contractor . As a Product Manager you will be responsible for improving the customer experience of our adult students and grads seeking career transitions into tech jobs.

This is a role for a problem solver who thinks strategically and task manager who wants to have their hands mind and heart in several things at once; and who can collaborate well with others.

  • TimetoEmployment (from graduation to when they land their new job)

Main Challenges

Right now we have the ambitious goal to create the #1 Career Services program in our industry for our graduates helping many of our adult learners to make a successful career transition. You will need to define key reasons why our students don t get job offers within 6 months after graduation and find solutions how to improve our services.

What you will do::

Product Cycle Development

  • Define and prioritize career product initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Own the full cycle of product experimentation around Career Services from hypothesis setting to experiment design implementation and evaluation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through iterative experimentation and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in career services and EdTech.

Quality and Career Analytics

  • Take ownership of career analytics. This includes improving the dashboards tracking analyzing and reporting on key metrics related to student career progression and outcomes.
  • Ensure the quality of the content and services provided. This could involve regularly reviewing and updating career content and addressing any issues or complaints promptly.

User Experience (UX) Research

  • You will conduct UX research about Career Services to understand the needs and behaviors of our students and use this information to improve it.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Education or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in product management preferably within the EdTech Career Services or related work.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing full product cycles and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of working effectively across multiple teams.
  • Deep understanding of UX research methods and their application in improving customer experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with career development programs or educational services.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in career services and EdTech.
  • Innovative thinker with a capacity to operate both strategically and tactically.
