This role will focus on: As Sales and Marketing Engineer you will have the responsibility of supporting and collaborate remotely with Distributors in Central America, Puerto Rico and Ecuador to reach their sales targets throughout the year.This means you will be responsible of promoting our solutions portfolio, proactively offering a strong technical and commercial support to achieve the expected results in these territories.Very fluid communication with Distributors is a must to permanently evaluate performance and establish corrective actions as necessary. The position will have the responsibility of delivering performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis or as required. On the marketing side you will assume the leadership of the Webchat platform for LatAm, becoming the first contact and filtering leads to each Opco. Additionally, you will assume as CRM Champion for LatAm supporting the region with Opportunity and Leads management, you will act as a CRM sponsor and give support to each Opco to improve CRM knowledge and engagement.As part of your Marketing responsibilities, you will have to act as a proactive support of the Digital Strategy (majorly Linkedin). What you’ll be doing · Leadership and ownership of the territories covered by distributors (Central America, Puerto Rico and Ecuador. · Promote and establish sales targets to Distributors leveraging in our complete solutions portfolio. · Technical and commercial support to Distributors (Central America , Puerto Rico and Ecuador) · Close follow-up and fluent communication with Distributors to review performance in a Quarterly basis. · Deliver Weekly forecast of Central America, Puerto Rico and Ecuador. · For LatAm region you will be assuming the leadership of the WebChat platform answering and managing the platform among countries and filtering leads to each country. · CRM Champion for LatAm, support the countries with opportunity management, reports and information as required. · Marketing support for LatAm with emphasis in Linkedin pages and other activities as required. To be successful in this role, youwill need: · Mechanical Engineer / Chemical Engineer / Industrial Engineer · Entrepreneurial Mindset · Territory Ownership · Strong Customer Focus · 10 years of experience in B2B technical sales of Premium Products · Value Added Selling & Consulting Selling Approach · Strong Technical knowledge in pump systems · Strong teamwork · Dynamics CRM experience · Experience in marketing and social selling · Strong sales vocation · Full command of Spanish language (oral & written). English is a big plus.
