· 3 years bedside experience
· ER, ICU, or OR experience a plus
· Myers Briggs – ENTJ or ENFJ
· DISC – High I with secondary D or 2nd choice of or High S with secondary D – NO HIGH C
· Must be comfortable with online independent study as the learning method
· Must be intrinsically motivated to progress through training
· Must be professional enough to ask questions, and notify team lead when difficulties are encountered
· MUST be tech savvy
· Must be able to memorize (and utilize consistently) key scripts VERBATIM
· Must utilize the AIMM steps (comfortable with repetitiveness of doing the same thing over and over)
· Capable of applying decision making – learning core foundational principles, key steps and scripts, and then applying those to varied clinical scenarios
· Able to comprehend and deploy complex decision tree (ACLS, PALS certification often indicates that a candidate has this ability)
· Able to speak clearly in English
· Able to understand English (what caller is saying does not require “mental translation”)
Initial hire should be someone with management experience, call center experience, and leadership qualities – as they will become the team lead/site manager and trainer in the future (requires 1 year of AIMM experience to be promotable into that role, unless they are a phenomenal rock star). While that person is developing, there will need to be a site manager who can consistently commit to fulfilling the below site manager expectations on a DAILY/HOURLY basis. CVVE
