About the Position

Our client is seeking a  Sales Operations and Logistics Coordinator to assist in sales operations and logistics support. The candidate must be familiar with sales order processing and shipping coordination. Strong   organizational and process-oriented skills are required to provide day-to-day sales support, logistics coordination   and customer communications. Key responsibilities are as follows: 

S ales Operations  

• Support the sales and operations teams in the processing of sales orders.

• Manage sample order processing and ensure sample inventory levels are maintained. 

• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

• Track and report on shipping and logistics progress for custom and stock orders

• Increase sales productivity through process improvement and management.

• Coordinate and facilitate compliance needs/certificates for domestic and international clients.

•  Assist with the onboarding process for new sales team members.

• Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.

Warehouse & Logistics Support  

• Coordinate shipping for inbound and outbound shipments 

• Provide timely shipping cost estimates to sales team for expedited shipping options

•  Manage merchandise return process (RMA), including label creation and pick-up scheduling

•  Assist in troubleshooting and resolving shipment issues 

• Communicate with sales ops, the sales team, the warehouse and customers for shipment questions

•  Identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements for logistics • Keep the sales team informed of any changes in shipping options and timelines.

• Assist with maintaining our client's standards for warehouse shipping, organization, and appearance.

Qualifications and Skills:  

• 2+ years of successful experience in customer service, order processing, logistics and fulfillment.

•  Ability to cross-train and assist with product tasks as needed 

• Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships

• In-depth knowledge and experience with order fulfillment and logistics 

• Excellent problem solving skills; highly organized and efficient with attention to detail

•  Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets; a bility to easily learn new software platforms 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills and a team player

• Must have professional working proficiency in English

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment
