Position Overview: We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will lead our digital marketing initiatives across multiple companies in the group. The Director will play a critical role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy for the group, in line with our overall business objectives. - Increase our online presence through search engine optimization, pay-per-click, social media, content marketing, and other online marketing initiatives. - Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and optimize marketing effectiveness. - Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. - Oversee all our companies' websites, blogs, and ensure they align with the brand strategy. - Establish a strong online brand and implement strategies to increase brand awareness. - Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads. - Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports. - Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and nurture customer relationships. - Develop and oversee the social media strategy for all companies in the group. - Work closely with the rest of the leadership team to align company messages, promotions, and goals. - Keep abreast of new trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. - Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the engineering and manufacturing sector, is a must. - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function. - Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices. - Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software. - Familiarity with web design. - Strong team management and communication skills. - Analytical and multitasking skills. Working Conditions: Standard office setting. Some travel may be required.
