Role : Marketing Assistant

Schedule : M-F / 8:00 - 5:00 PST with eventually 2-3 hours buffer/flexibility)

Type of Contract: Full Time - Independent Contractor

Salary Range: 500 - 1500 USD (Based on Experience)

Scope of the role:

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in planning and executing promotions, managing projects, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the success of product launches and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing team in planning and adjusting upcoming promotions
• Meet weekly with the Senior Retention Marketing Manager to discuss asset requests and other promotional needs
• Manage the ClickUp process and calendar for promotions and launches, including task setup and assignation, asset requests, and timeline adjustments
• Submit asset requests for copy, graphics, video, and more to support promotional efforts
• Assist with reporting and data gathering on promotional success
• Provide broader project management support as needed by the marketing team
  
  
  

Requirements

• C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
• 2+ Years of experience as project management experience with a digital-first, direct-to-consumer brand. (Must Have)
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry.(Nice to Have)
• Experience working in Asana or ClickUp.(Must Have)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of traditional e-commerce promotional best practices and strategies.(Nice to Have)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a cross-functional role between Marketing, Web, and Creative teams
• Self-starter with the ability to move tasks forward independently
