Compensation: USD 1K - 1.5K/month.
Location: Remote (for Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia, and Ecuador residents).
Skills: Proficient in administrative assistance and GHL (GoHighLevel).
Responsibilities:
- Third-Party Integrations - Set up and configure third-party accounts and services such as GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Cloudflare, Zapier + API connections, etc.
- Assistant to Director of Operations - Act as the direct assistant for the Director of Operations, providing support in various tasks and occasionally communicating on his behalf.
- Standard Operating Procedures - Work within company SOPs while also communicating potential roadblocks or procedures we could implement to improve the way we work.
- Quality Assurance (QA) for Client Deliverables - Assist with quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables, such as ad campaigns and websites, meet company standards and exceed client expectations. This requires the ability to work well under pressure with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Spot-check Client Communication Channels - Monitor and ensure timely responses on client communication channels such as GoHighLevel (GHL) and Helpscout, adhering to the 2-hour response timeframe.
- Meeting Documentation - Take detailed notes for every internal meeting attended, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained for reference and action items are appropriately documented.
- Support - Directly support the Fulfillment Team as needed. This includes executing fulfillment tasks that may fall outside our SOPs to meet deadlines and ensure positive client results.
- Internal Communication - Communicate clearly, promptly, and concisely with the internal team members and third-party partners via email, Slack, Zoom, and phone.
