About the Role
You’ll be reporting to the E-commerce Manager based in the USA. The E-commerce Wholesale Coordinator will primarily be responsible for uploading products to our vendor's websites, with minimal interaction with the warehouse, focusing mainly on tracking returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Uploading new products to vendor websites with accurate descriptions and images.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with teams to address discrepancies.
- Tracking returns and processing refunds or replacements as necessary.
- Auditing product listings to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Assisting with promotional campaigns and coordinating product launches across e-commerce channels.
Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in product coordination or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- English B2, C1
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Knowledge of Shopify, Gorgias, or similar e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus
