This is a remote position. This company is an EdTechSaaS startup based in Center City, Philadelphia. It offers a modernplatform designed to foster meaningful interactions betweenstudents and their teachers—whether for in-person, blended, oronline courses. They’re looking for a passionate, self-driven,innovative candidate who is looking for a long-term opportunitywithin the fast-growing Education Technology Space. The role willrequire someone who possesses a second-to-none work ethic, a strongdesire to grow with the company, and an unbelievably positivebusiness attitude. Responsibilities - Email Marketing - monthlynewsletter creation, assist in execution of targeted campaigns, andevergreen lead nurturing campaigns to increase conversion rate ofleads including segmentation, campaign design, copywriting, and A/Btesting to optimize engagement and conversion rates. - OrganicSocial media content creation to increase brand awareness byincreasing engagement and followers. - Content Creation (e.g.thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts,infographics). - Assist in the improvement of Salesforce AccountEngagement and Salesforce Sales cloud usage to increase attributiontracking, reporting, and automation efforts. - Identifying andapplying to awards on behalf of the company. - Work with clientsand internal team members to produce and promote webinars. -Support in the execution of national, external conferences(:10/year) and company-hosted events (:3-10/year). - Proactivelyidentify customer success and bring those stories to life for usein marketing. Requirements - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years ofexperience in a B2B marketing, communications or related field;demonstrated success in digital marketing, preferably in edtech. -2+ years in a remote startup environment, preferably with aUS-based company. - Experience driving and executing emailmarketing campaigns, preferably in Salesforce Account Engagement(formerly Pardot) and Salesforce Sales Cloud - Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English level). - Fastlearner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy dynamic work environments- Strong problem solving abilities - Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear,concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style. -Strong project management and interpersonal skills; Ability tomanage multiple overlapping projects with stakeholders inside andoutside of the company to meet deadlines - Experience and desire towork in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Ability tounderstand the brand look and feel and maintain it across visualand written asset creation - No task is too big and no task is toosmall mindset - Event planning background is a plus - Experiencewith paid social media ad campaigns for B2B customer acquisition isa plus - Access to consistent wifi Benefits - $1,600 - $2,080/month- 100% Remote from anywhere in Latin America#J-18808-Ljbffr
