How you will make a difference:   Being the main point of contact for all HR-related questions throughout the worker life cycle Working with the supporting teams to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers Proactively supporting the delivery of all the HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal compliance Developing and maintaining all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance Supporting HR Services Manager in complex HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients (Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment). Advising clients where possible on salary analysis and recommendations Supporting offboarding (voluntary & involuntary) along with retirements Advising and supporting Management in HR-related responsibilities Maintaining employees’ personal data as per local laws Participating in different projects, as requested by the immediate line manager Actively identifying gaps in processes and making recommendations/implementing changes necessary to mitigate risk Providing ongoing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Line Management as and when requested Working with associated benefit providers to provide legally compliant benefit packages for all workers and providing benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management May support with payroll Who we are and what we do:   Safeguard Global is….Global!
