DACBeachcroft  has an exciting opportunity for an experienced  HR Systems and Data Lead  to join our HR  team on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis in our Bristol office. This is an exciting new role at a time of technical and data innovation within HR. The HR Systems and Data Lead role will develop our HR system, iTrent, and, alongside the HR Systems and Insight Analyst, the role will lead on HRIS BAU system management and using Business Objects to produce standard, ad hoc and scheduled reports. This role will have overall responsibility for maintaining, upgrading and updating the iTrent system and will use systems knowledge to lead on system development to ensure we get the most out of iTrent, and its linkages with other HR Systems and systems in the Firm, including self-service. You should be an experienced HR Systems Lead with a track record of managing, maintaining and optimising HR systems. A strong understanding of HR processes and compliance needs to be combined with a proficiency in data management and ideally reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as are problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, with proven ability to work cross-departmentally. Role Responsibility Core responsibilities (50%), leading on: Managing the HR systems administration including troubleshooting, finding resolutions for faults and handling systems queries System upgrades, software and performance testing Training staff on iTrent (proactive and reactive), including supporting with self-service as is and developing/embedding this Establishing/ reviewing clear procedures, processes, and workflows for all iTrent operational activities Embed systems and data best practices, providing technical and operational advice, guidance and documentation to wider system users. Build, schedule and run reports (minimise manual reporting and address ad hoc report requests promptly) Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by following data governance standards and procedures Oversee regular validation and integrity checks on iTrent and other system data, ensuring accuracy and optimisation for reporting and data flows/feeds/integrations This role will also lead on (50%): Identifying opportunities for system optimisation (including self-service) and implementation of agreed changes Ensuring operational, strategic, and statutory requirements are efficiently met Working closely with the HR Team and other departments to ensure seamless integrations between HR systems, and other business systems (e.g. Datamart, Finance and IT systems) Taking an active role in managing or supporting projects to completion Ensuring we leverage iTrent and other HR systems to their maximum capability, aligned with the needs of the Firm Provide expert advice regarding proposed changes to HR systems/ data structures, considering their impact on data integrity, reporting and the wider systems ecosystem (including other systems used in HR and linkages between iTrent and systems in IT and Finance). The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in a law or professional services environment is highly desirable and advantageous. An excellent track record of managing, maintaining and optimising HR systems. A strong understanding of HR processes and compliance, combined with a proficiency in data management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, including stakeholder management. Problem solving, thinking creatively and troubleshooting abilities. Training/ supporting system users (within HR and across the Frim as we expand self-service).
