What You’ll Do The Principal Salesforce Architect s erves the TTEC sales , marketing , and other teams through system configuration and maintenance, data maintenance, report generation , business analysis , and user support . Work is performed primarily within Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Microsoft Office . D ata Loader is a key too lset for the role. You'll report to Global Head of Sales Platforms and Pipeline During a Typical Day, You’ll - Perform a variety of activities in SFDC and account management systems t o include: - Install and configure package apps and upgrades in the Salesforce environment and perform troubleshooting. - Design, configure and test changes . - Develop and prepare scheduled and ad-hoc repo rts and dashboards. - Support data conversion for system enhancements and integration of acquired companies onto TTEC’s SFDC instance. - Independently and in collaborat ion with key stakeholders: - Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements. - Identify data anomalies, understand their impact on business processes and decisions, and recommend actions to improve quality and accuracy . - Create technical documentation and user documentation. - Assist management in defining roadmaps for improvement and leverage installed platforms . - Guide and mentor more junior team members , set up new users and support user training. - Define and maintain appropriate structures for user security and permissions; administer user security assignments. - Perform and support periodic data and system cleansing exercises. What You Bring to the Role - 6 + years' experience in administration and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud as an internal company analyst or administrator and 2 + years ’ work experience w ith Excel-based reporting w ith strong English proficiency both written and verbal. - Demonstratable capabilities t o : - C reate & modify validation rules, flow and process builder, basic triggers and perform troubleshooting . - D e sign and build reports using SFDC’s reporting tools or similar reporting applications . - G ather and document business requirements, solution alternatives and system design s. - D evelop and execute system test plans and m anage data conversion and implementations including migration from one environment to another . - Able to support US time zones schedule (Monday-Friday) and flexible to w ork after hours or weekends for special projects or implementations (approximately 2 times per year) - Thrive in various remote working scenarios to include independent contribution, team collaboration, cross-functional team efforts and manage own workload including multiple, simultaneous assignments, meet deadlines, and proactively work with stakeholders to adjust priorities, when needed. - Resourceful ness to find answers and identify practical solutions to business needs while being d etail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work .
