The Path to Success:

Work setup: Remote/Work from home

• Manage and maintain social media accounts for all hotels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts that align with the brand voice and objectives.
  
• Regularly post and highlight hotels on social media accounts to showcase their unique features, offerings, and promotions.
  
• Liaise with the website administrator to ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized for maximum exposure and user engagement.
  
• Collaborate with hotel General Managers to keep their OTA (Online Travel Agency) websites current with accurate information and appealing visuals.
  
• Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation and address any customer concerns or inquiries.
  
• Assist in creating marketing graphics for signage, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
  
• Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling other administrative tasks.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations, with a strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
