Ad Designer

Our client is a prominent holding company that manages multiple e-commerce brands within the Home and Decor space. As they continue to expand their digital marketing efforts, they are seeking an Ad Designer with a strong background in ad design, email marketing, and content editing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English skills, a creative eye for design, and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ad Design and Creative:

   • Create high-performance ad designs with compelling copy and taglines.

   • Edit and refine creative content to ensure it aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.

   • Develop visually appealing ads for various platforms, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions.

2. Email Design:

   • Design and update drip email campaigns, ensuring content is current and engaging.

   • Craft ongoing marketing emails for multiple e-commerce brands, maintaining consistency with brand voice and style.

   • Utilize Klayvio for email marketing; training will be provided if needed, but prior experience is highly advantageous.

3. Content Editing:

   • Edit content using Photoshop and other relevant tools to produce high-quality visuals.

   • Edit videos and add audio for social media platforms like Instagram.

   • Use Canva to create and enhance graphics for marketing purposes.

4. Collaborative Efforts:

   • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective creative strategies.

   • Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent marketing efforts across all brands.

• High-Performance Ads: You have successfully created and optimized ads that drive significant engagement and conversions across various platforms.

• Engaging Email Campaigns: Your email designs are visually appealing and effective, contributing to increased open and click-through rates.

• Quality Content Editing: You consistently produce high-quality edited content that enhances the overall marketing strategy and aligns with brand aesthetics.

• Consistent Brand Messaging: Your efforts ensure that all creative content maintains a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all platforms and brands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Ad Design Experience: Strong background in creating high-performance ads with compelling copy and visuals.

• Email Marketing Proficiency: Experience with email design and platforms like Klayvio (training provided if needed).

• Content Editing Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, video editing, and audio addition for social media content. Experience with Canva is a plus.

• Excellent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement creative strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• E-commerce Experience: Experience working with e-commerce brands, particularly in the Home and Decor space.

• Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
