Has overall sales responsibility for customerrelationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio fora medium impact client base in any size cluster/geographical area.Key Responsibilities: Develop Sales and Business Strategy • Developan effective vertical strategy to deliver on the Ocean andLogistics targets. • Seen as Vertical leader and expertise in theArea within Maersk brands and provides guidance and support tocommercial teams on potential opportunities from other Brandswithin same Vertical. Deliver as per Area Budget • Drive ownportfolio of assigned customers and targets by securing newbusiness based on identified customers’ needs. • Develops SalesPipeline for Ocean and Logistics opportunities, with proper filingof events and business opportunities in the system. • Lead and setdirection for the sales executives within your team according tobudget – both on delivering ocean volume and logistics GP. •Develop own vertical sales skills as well as within your team.Manage stakeholder across the area, region and global functions •Collaborates with other Area Vertical leads in the Latin AmericaRegion to secure new business within the region. • Overseesregional implementation of the global vertical strategydifferentiating the product offering in the market. • Collaborateswith Marketing, Sales Manager, Global Vertical Lead and ProductTeams to design solutions for service offering for the verticalcustomers assigned.
