Descripción del trabajo - (Busqueda Urgente) Sales Executive
We seek a Sales Executive who is motivated and adynamic addition to our team. The Sales Executive will beresponsible for generating new business and revenue streams whilemaintaining existing client relationships. The ideal candidateshould have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, andhave a track record of exceeding targets. Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities: - Manage and grow existing accounts whilstgenerating new business opportunities. - Develop and execute salesstrategies to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market research toidentify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding theirneeds and providing solutions to their business challenges. -Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up withprospects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensurecustomer success and satisfaction. - Attend industry events andtradeshows to generate leads and build networks. - Provide accuratesales forecasting and reporting. Required Skills: - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities. - Ability to understand complex businesschallenges and provide solutions. - Self-motivated and proactive. -Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite and CRM software. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or arelated field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales orbusiness development. - Proven track record of exceeding targets. -Experience in software or technology sales is a plus. - Familiaritywith CRM software and sales analytics tools.
