Position Summary: Management of the strategic marketingdirection of the brands; support and management of brands,marketing objectives, strategies and philosophies; creation,planning, execution, recapping and post‐evaluation of marketingevents and programs, integrate all the platforms. Essential JobFunctions: - Entrench the brands organically into relevant Sports,Gaming, Music & Culture with the right associations and usethese platforms to develop new insightful ideas. Identifying keypillar based national intellectual property to activate the brandamong target audience. - Identifying and aligning key businessperformance indicators for all the strategic pillars and ensuringquarterly execution of plans. Periodic tracking and reporting ofthe performance indicators and suggest changes when required. -Plan and align execution models for the strategic pillars, guideteams to activate as per plan. - Inspection of plan vs execution tomeet global standards of activation and engagement. - Own andmanage marketing contracts and support timely revisions forexecution of all plans. Co‐ordination with global counterparts forchanges & revisions of contract and provide clarity to thesystem on specific nuances for seamless sign off. - Manage nationalathletes, ambassadors and influencers to understand the brand andinspire Drive brand awareness and engagement with amplificationthrough earned media. - Work on digital activities or promotions,content videos. - Presenting and aligning National quarterly plansintegrate feedback from bottlers and revise plans to supportbusiness. Inspection of plan vs execution and guiding the regionalteam to meet global standards of activation and engagement. -Negotiate exclusivity & deliverables with agencies/strategicpartners to leverage and create unique sampling, salesopportunities. - Others assigned by the business. Essential JobRequirements: - Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fieldof study. Prefer Masters of Business Administration (MBA). - Morethan 10 years of experience in marketing, managing projects. - Morethan 10 years of experience in Fast‐moving consumer goods (FMCG)industry. - Advanced user Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel MSWord, and Outlook). - Fluent English mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
