As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects. Your role involves strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and deep understanding of construction processes. Collaborating with vendors and managing logistics, you'll ensure project success while adhering to regulations and delivering high-quality results.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
  
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
  

Budget and Cost Management:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  
• Monitor project expenses, track costs against budget, and implement cost-control measures as needed.
  
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
  

Team Leadership and Communication:

• Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve project objectives.
  
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
