The Role Reporting to the CRM Campaign Manager, youwill be responsible for the implementation of the global customerengagement strategy at a new financial entity. The mainresponsibilities of the role will include campaign planning and thecreation & optimization of all campaigns– keeping the customerat the heart of everything we do. You will be tasked withtransforming our CRM campaigns by applying personalization,targeted segmentation, and dynamic content. You will be naturallyanalytical, ensuring a high level of testing and commercialreporting across all campaigns. This role will require attention todetail, fast paced learning and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities · Plan, create, and execute CRMcampaigns in conjunction with the marketing calendar, content teamplanner and product launches. · Build out customer journeylifecycles working with core teams to scope, develop andcontinuously optimise. · Use multi-channel campaigns where possibleto drive key KPI’s such as Open & Click rates, % funded, %traded and retention rates. · Produce high quality and timelycampaigns that are personalised, innovative and relevant usingsegmentation · Be a key player within the customer engagement team,understanding how your campaign work impacts the overall customerjourney, working with wider teams to set goals, experiment andoptimise. · Support the team with QA’ing campaigns, ensuringexceptional attention to detail and proactively advising on processimprovements · Build weekly campaign reporting and analysis,confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and keytakeaways. · Work closely with the rest of the CRM team tocontinually develop and optimise our campaigns, applying a ‘testand learn’ methodology. · Work very closely with the Insights teamto deep dive into behaviour versus value; helping to defineretention tests ongoing. · Manage workload and relationships withcore stakeholders (i.e. Content, Legal & Compliance, Productand Design). · Ensure that any issues with our CRM platform orcomms are escalated efficiently. · To work on any other reasonabletask required by your manager. Skills, Knowledge and Experience ·Knowledge of trading or betting (desirable) · Must understand allcore CRM & Retention Marketing KPI’s · CRM/customer engagementexperience is required. · Experience within a start-up environment(desirable) · Passionate about experimentation & dynamiccontent · Highly customer-focused with a good understanding ofmarketing principles · Experience using different marketingchannels (i.e. email, push notifications, rich inbox etc) ·Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) · Ability tobuild strong working relationships · Excellent with time managementand ability to multitask · Self-starter that can take theinitiative & be proactive · Data focused and ROI driven ·Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholdersacross the business · Excellent written and spoken English · Pleaseprovide CV in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
