Room4 Media is currently seeking a Bilingual DigitalMarketing Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join ourteam. As a DME, you will play a crucial role in developing andexecuting inbound marketing strategies, paid advertising campaignson social media & Google. English proficiency and provenexperience are required. Candidates preferably need to be availablefor an immediate start. What you will do: Content Ideation &Production Coordination & Distribution Ability to do researchfor market analysis and audience research Buyer’s personas andbuyer’s journey mapping Monitor, track, and evaluate campaignperformance analytics. Implement and set up content on Paid MediaChannels Monitor and develop dashboards for Paid Media Campaignswith optimization to meet KPIs Manage the distribution of contentacross various channels, including websites, social mediaplatforms, and other relevant channels. Email Marketing(Newsletters and Automation): Develop engaging email marketingcampaigns, including newsletters, automated workflows, and targetedemail sequences. Analyze email campaign performance, optimizeresults, and implement A/B testing to improve email open rates,click-through rates, and conversions. Optimize existing blog postsfor search engines Conduct keyword research to identify relevanttopics Posting and distributing content on a variety of onlinechannels. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness andenhance positioning Brainstorm and propose creative advertisingstrategies Design and implement nurturing campaigns to engage andeducate leads, moving them through the sales funnel. Collaboratewith the marketing team to generate innovative content ideas thatalign with our brand, our client’s brand, and marketing objectives.Collaborate with the sales team to adapt marketing collateral, suchas presentations, case studies, and sales materials, to effectivelysupport their efforts. Must have: Bachelor’s degree in advertising,Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Ability to implementand monitor Paid media content. Strong understanding of digitalmarketing channels, content marketing, and social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the abilityto craft compelling content and convey ideas effectively both inSpanish and English. Creative mindset with the ability to thinkstrategically and propose innovative marketing strategies. Abilityto prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate withcross-functional teams. Knowledge of SEO best practices andexperience with keyword research and optimization. Familiarity withmarketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
