  • Salary range: COP 6.500.000 - 7.000.000 based on the candidate profile fit with the Job description.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization and its brands, to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

General Administration

  • Develop strategies and tactics to increase awareness about our products and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Lead the marketing team to achieve the company goals, while ensuring their development.
  • Help with workflow management to ensure timely completion of key project assets, materials, and deliverables.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Deploy strategies to increase conversion in our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Lead the development of digital and print assets, projects, and initiatives based on the marketing strategic plan. Including banner ads, product shots, videos, guides, spec sheets, etc.
  • Support marketing operations and act as a liaison between other departments when needed. 
  • Assist with seasonal marketing promotions (email marketing, display & search ads, etc) and campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to support marketing and sales objectives, including analyzing and identifying effectiveness and/or ROI.
  • Lead the product marketing process from onset to launch.

Reporting + Data Analytics

  • Assist with measurement, tracking and reporting of marketing activities, promotions and project KPIs.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Provide assistance and coordination of marketing forecasting. 
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Frequently ask questions to challenge the assumptions based on the gathered data.

Executive Duties

  • Collaborate with the core leadership team in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Maintain regular meetings to communicate with the CEO and leadership team, in regards to departmental updates and issues.
  • Lead the execution of the quarterly marketing plan.
  • Display participation and ownership in company-wide interdepartmental meetings, discussions, and reviews.
  • Other executive duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (marketing or a related field).
  • 5+ years experience in marketing for an E-commerce brand and 3 years experience in management.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data analysis.
  • Experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficient level of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Curious, driven, and a love for problem-solving.
  • Organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Great communication skills.
