We are looking for a Head of Sales based in Bogotá, to join our company.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop a plan and strategy to increase our share in LATAM
- Be responsible for financial forecasting, budget setting and P&L of the whole commercial team in LATAM (Account Management & Sales)
- Build processes to increase the efficiency on onboarding, activation, and expansion of new and existing clients
- Create an assertive plan to reach out to independent models in LATAM
- Benchmark competitor solutions and propose new features to increase our adoption
- Work collaboratively across teams - Compliance, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet our sales objectives
- Own the sales pipeline at every stage of development and monitor targets
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers and industry leaders
- Manage a team of Sales, Account Managers & CX
- Create a framework to measure and report KPIs and adjust approach based on development and data
- Be willing to travel frequently to meet clients and colleagues as well as attending industry events
