The Job

• Efficiently coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, ensuring all documentation, schedules, and initial communications are handled flawlessly.
• Conduct regular check-ins to gauge employee well-being and swiftly address any concerns or challenges.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, handling PTO and overtime requests, and resolving any payroll disputes.
• Lead investigations into incidents, creating detailed reports and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain impeccable records and communication flows, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and managing document requests.
