As a HubSpot CX Marketing Consultant, your role requiresexpert knowledge in the MarTech space. This entails consulting withclients to understand their business and marketing needs,developing effective marketing strategies and technologyarchitectures, configuring technology systems, and managing changeprocesses. Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on: -Design and execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy and framework,adeptly anticipating and meeting the unique demands of our valuedclients. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional clientsatisfaction throughout the entire process. - Initial setup andtraining for clients. The work will involve setting up tools afterthe Solution Architect has completed their architecture andconfiguration. - Provide continuous consultancy for clients bymanaging a wish list of client needs and goals. - Take ownership ofintegration projects in which you actively participate, from aMarketing and CX perspective. - Analyse and provide recommendationson how clients can follow marketing and technology best practicesthrough technology audits. - Ensuring integrated reporting acrossthe tech solutions to enable closed-loop reporting and ensureintegrations meet these criteria. - Keep up to date with andcommunicate new technology products, features and changes toexisting features within the marketing space. - Provide expertisein technology features and how to leverage these for marketing& relevant communications. ️ To excel in this role, you shouldhave the following: - Extensive experience in digital marketing,preferably in a client-facing consulting or specialist role withina digital agency or consultancy. - A solid knowledge of HubSpot orequivalent CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo. -Exceptional communication and writing skills in English with theability to articulate concepts clearly. - A strong business acumenand the ability to conduct engaging presentations. - Hands-onexperience with online marketing tools, methodologies, andpractices. - Familiarity with agile marketing and the ability toadapt to changing processes. - A solid understanding of InboundMarketing and Customer Experience (CX) Marketing. - Technicalproficiency and the ability to quickly grasp our technology stack.- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. ⚡️ These personalqualities are key to your success: - Innovative and driven by anentrepreneurial spirit. - Outstanding interpersonal skills, adeptat working independently or collaboratively. - Emotionallyintelligent and displaying maturity. - Exude enthusiasm and a deeppassion for your work. - Possess an impeccable attention to detailand meticulousness. - Focused on delivering quality results at alltimes.
