Job Description - Marketing Associate (2400406)Marketing Associate Job Number: 2400406 Colombia-Cudinamarca-BogotaPosition: Marketing Associate This position is responsible fordevelopment O&R, Baby and food business unit marketing andcommunications strategies, as well as overall branding and image.Responsible for the leadership of the brand's strategy in thecountry and it's P&L, to guarantee the achievement of resultsin the short, medium and long term. Responsible to prepare annual /long marketing plans, set the marketing budget , analyses themarket and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Themarketing associate also manages the day to day marketing andcommunications activities of the business unit, responsible fordriving the growth of the brand within business unit and ensuringall aspects of its marketing and activation plan, includingportfolio management, price strategy, new launches, digitaladvertising, calendar of campaigns and events, sales promotions,visual and agencies management. RESPONSIBILITIES - Developing themarketing & brand strategy for the business unit in line withglobal business objectives. - Creating 1-, 3- and 5-year Colombia'smarketing and communications strategy plan. - Executing marketingand brand activation plan. - P&L management of the brand, toensure their growth in sales and profitability. - Identify newbusiness opportunities, categories and new products in the market,and implement the corresponding plan to capitalize on them. -Determine and execute the pricing and promotion strategy for thebrands in the market. - Ensure proper, effective and on time flowof communications with global and other regional stakeholderswithin business unit while ensuring creating an effective internalnetworking. - Driving brand awareness across various categories andproducts. - Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketingmaterials and content. - Reporting on data and industry trendsrelating to categories and verticals across Latam within businessunit. - Creation and publication of all marketing material in linewith marketing plans. - Understand the habits & uses of theconsumer and shopper to generate the best marketing strategies. -Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. -Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns. - SuccessfullyLaunch new products developments within region and ensure informingabout regional specific product needs. - Utilize data of chooserand user insights to provide recommendations to drive categorydistribution and market share. - Analyzing potential strategicpartner relationships for company marketing. - Analyze thecompetition and market variables to determine the threats that canimpact the business. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting crossfunctionally relationships with executives from other departments.- Bachelor with degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Economics, Engineering - 8+ years of equivalent marketingexperience. - Full experience in mass consumption companies,managing brands with high investment budgets and in highlycompetitive markets. - Full-time experience working oncross-functional projects. - Advanced English level.
