Company: Marsh Description: Marsh LAC has an excitingopportunity, for the role Regional Marketing Growth BusinessPartner. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. What can youexpect? The Regional Practice Marketing is responsible fordeveloping and managing the growth marketing strategy for ourdifferent practices and line of business. The regional PracticeMarketing role will work closely with our regional and localMarketing teams, as well as with the different Practices/LOBleaders to develop and implement marketing and communicationsstrategies and programs that drive business growth and clientengagement, consistent with Marsh McLennan’s local/regional/globalstrategies. The Regional Practice Marketing is a key member of themarketing team and reports directly to the regional Head ofMarketing for the Risks business. The new team member should have ahighly collaborative and proactive approach, to work closely withother professionals and ensure that all marketing initiatives arein line with the Marsh McLennan brand and consistent across allchannels. We will rely on you to: - Provide expert guidance andsupport in marketing and communications to business leaders withinMarsh McLennan. - Brand positioning: Strengthen Marsh McLennanbrand, reputation and positioning as the industry’s thought leaderin risk, people and strategy areas, through integrated marketingcampaigns, including digital content, websites, social media,industry events, public relations, sales collateral, advertisingand sponsorships. - Sales Enablement: Drive a marketing strategyaligned with the go-to-market strategy and reinforce MarshMcLennan’s differentiation in the marketplace. Formulate innovativeways to position and promote Marsh McLennan solutions/products thatdrive growth, increase sales and support client retention. Definelead generation campaigns (paid, organic) targeted events, andinternal growth initiatives, support of industry associations andcenters of influence aligned under the go to market strategy.Support sales/pipeline development through execution of effectivereporting, analysis and metrics to maximize ROI. Engage internalclients (business and sales colleagues) with marketing strategythrough compelling internal communications. What you need to have:- Bachelor’s degree required (preference for Marketing andAdvertising, Journalism, Mass Communications). - Minimum of 5-10years of experience in marketing and communications management witha thorough knowledge of marketing principles, digital (Online,Offline) strategies and communications. What makes you stand out: -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with special focuson optimized digital content. - Teamwork and relationships buildingskills. Ability to interact with multiple internal clients/leaders,and lead multiple projects and vendors - Strategic decision-makingcapabilities and leadership mindset. - Having a broad understandingof the advertising and media ecosystem, which covers B2B offlineand online campaigns, would be greatly appreciated. - Provedexperience managing agency partners & platform vendors -Analytic and sales driven skills Marsh is the world’s leadinginsurance broker and risk adviser.
