Salesforce Senior Business Consultant – Marketing Cloud You'll be based in Bogotá as part of the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey & Company, being a world leading Salesforce Consultancy ranked as a top 10 Salesforce Partner worldwide. The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. What You'll Do Your essential duties and responsibilities in this role will include: interacting with customers to identify needs and provide value-added solutions, designing solutions and based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading and guiding our customers on their digital transformation journey as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships. The functional role is also responsible of implementing use cases, making use of journey builder, automation studio among others.
