Fecha: 12 jun. 2024 Primary Purpose and MainResponsibilities: • Define sales plan (Sell-in & Sell-out) forRepl & OE in consumer business Unit & identify new channels(TDN- MM’s. Fleets & Alternative Channels) through its salesteamDetermine the Sales Forecast for Repl & OE Unit into theS&OP Process and all areas involved through the trends andplans agreed with customers • Assure accomplishment the commercialpolicies through analysis and plan sales agreement with eachclient, calculation and payment of items made up of trade policyfor all distribution channels • Constant follow up and review ofresults of sales, opportunity and risks in sales in Reep & OEMarket. Take immediate actions if needed. • Constant contact withManager and Sales Force. • Coordinate internally with areas ofSupply Chain, Marketing and Finance the actions required for thefunctioning of the operation. • Follow up the sales quotasaccomplishment, measuring the performance of Sales Team against theplan executed through sales team support.Define & follow uppromotional activities (sales executions). • Promoting thefinancial stability of the key dealer with the purpose of that theycan have the economic capacity to structure plans of growth. •Growth in SOM over national territoryManage & Development ofsales team growth. • To ensure compliance with business policies:sales, financial & controller procedures implementation in allteam. Experience: Required: Great experience in Sales &Marketing areas Desired: Strong Skills in Managing Sales Force,Marketing Knowledge, Market research, handling groups of people,communication. Strong skills in sales proposals, channels, andstrategical thinking , results orient, flexibility, Integrity,develops and Motivates Others Education & Certifications:Required: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineer / Administrator/Business related. Master in B. Administration, Sales and / orMarketing. Advance English skills Desired: Master in B.Administration, Sales and / or Marketing Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Required: Strong Skills in Managing Sales Force,Marketing Knowledge, Market research, handling groups of people,communication.
