Mission

The L&D manager will create and execute the Learning and development agenda for the whole organization. This agenda should be aligned with Addi’s objectives to make sure we provide colleagues with the correct tools to boost their performance and their development based on Addi’s way of work. This might include corporate wide initiates and also specific plans to support managers on performance decision making.

What you will do

• Create and implement ladders per area to launch the first company-wide performance review. Work withe the people team in the implementation of the performance review.

• Create a feedback and a leadership program for new managers in order to strength these competencies among new managers.

• Support managers in the development and tracking of performance improvement plans, succession plans, and any specific need they might have concerning talent and development

• Design and implement a L&D agenda align to Addi’s business objectives.

• Lead the corporate onboarding (create content, schedule spaces, make folllowups..) and work with managers to standardise functional onboarding. Create surveys or mechanisms that allow us to track progress and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the english programs and extract data to understand its efficacy on daily basis and make decisions to improve it if needed.

• Lead by example and be a reference regarding Addi’s values and create initiatives to make colleagues understand and embrace our company values.

  
  Requirements

• Proven experience in creating Learning and development strategies for tech companies

• Experience leading performance processes, succession plans, improvement development plans and onboarding

• Having created L&D agenda with a corporate reach using different tech resources

• Knowledge on competencies frameworks

• Coach certification (desirable)

• 5 years of experience in learning and development

• Leadership experience (desiable)

• Fluent English level
