Manager, Global Marketing Procurement Performance Champion

What will you do
The Manager, Global Marketing Procurement Performance Champion is responsible for
• Driving the tracking and reporting of performance metrics and category practices for
Marketing Procurement categories including Media, Agencies, and Consumer Business
Insights, to maximize total cost of ownership savings and Procurement’s value contribution
while achieving compliance with policies, strategies, and processes
• Agency performance management including Scope of Work and Mid-Year and Year-End
Performance Reviews
In addition to the elements mentioned above the Global Marketing Procurement Performance
Champion is accountable for monthly reporting of key metrics and savings results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agency performance management tracking and reporting including Scope of Work,
Mid-Year Evaluation, and Year-End Evaluation processes
• Work directly with Agency leadership and Global and Regional Marketing Procurement
Category Leaders to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Serve as key point of contact for Decideware agency performance management software
tool
• Agency Evaluations: Opening, monitoring status/completion and communicating directly to
assessors and owners for the Agency Evaluations and Scope of Work modules in the
Decideware agency performance management software tool
• Scope of Work: ensure consistent process and format across all brands and markets and
streamlined approval process
• Schedule Decideware training for internal marketing users and external agency users
• Monthly category performance reporting including working with Global and Regional
Marketing Category Leaders to consolidate insights and commentary on results and metrics
Required Qualifications
• Academic background: Appropriate University/Bachelors degree qualification is essential. A
recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset
• Experience and knowledge of Marketing categories is preferred, with substantial
professional experience (4-6 years) in the same functional domain
• Proficiency in procurement application such as Decideware, Media Tools and Planisware is
preferred
• Language skills: Proficiency in English essential
