About the Job:

Marketing and Communication Coordinator for Global Innovation Management Institute

Responsibilities:

- Video Editing: Create videos using Canva or other tools.

- Design Creation: Improve existing templates and create new templates, brochures, flyers, and other collaterals.

- Community Management: Engage daily with the GIMI community through various channels.

Event Promotion: Promote GIMI events through different channels.

- Content Calendar Management: Schedule posts and campaigns ahead of time to maintain a consistent online presence.

- Monitoring: Collect monthly metrics, build reports on social media performance, discuss with the team, and develop strategies to increase engagement.

- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration: Work with different teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all GIMI channels.

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing and graphic design.

- Degree in marketing, communication sciences, or related fields.

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, WordPress editing, and video editing software.

- Excellent English skills are a must.

Ideal Candidates Also Have:

• Content Creation: Ability to design content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing collaterals such as brochures, videos, and flyers.
• Email Marketing: Experience in creating and managing email campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and tracking performance metrics.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Experience working in international organizations and professional services.
