Job Description The Client Marketing Director isresponsible for developing marketing objectives, strategies, andprograms for Visa and in partnership with Clients to support theachievement of both, Visa and Client business and brand objectivesin the Andean Region, primarily focused on the Colombian Market.This individual will lead all aspects of Marketing plans andprograms with Clients, from their presentation, selling differentIdeas, through their implementation and goal´s achievement, andprimarily including: Financial Institutions who issue Visacredentials, Merchant Sellers who receive payments for their goodsand services from Visa credentials, Fintech partners who enable thegrowth of the payment ecosystem, and Government stakeholders andentities who strive to advance economic inclusion. This is a uniquerole: you’ll need to be comfortable with all aspects of theclient’s relation, selling, development and execution of marketingprograms and plans, investment forecasting, ROI, data and insightsanalyses, creative, and media plans combined with excellentpersuasion skills, executive presence, and a strong desire to driveimpact with your work in these markets. EssentialFunctions - Identify marketing opportunities with multipleaudiences to develop - comarketing strategies with Visa clients todrive increased Visa business. - Participate in sales pitchpresentations and develop marketing plans to support new businessdeals. Client facing is a must. - Build and enhance partnershipsacross the organization including Sales, Product, MerchantSolutions, Finance, and Legal to ensure effective - implementationof marketing strategies and plans, driving to usage, issuance orbrand preference, in alignment with country strategies and businessobjectives. - Oversee all aspects of marketing plans, includingpromotions, events, marketing communications, sponsorships andpartnerships, digital marketing, and sales support. - Identifycontinuous actionable consumer insights and opportunities via -consumer understanding programs and tools, trends, and dataanalyses. - Reimagine the use of Visa’s key sponsorships and assetsincluding Concerts, Events, FIFA Partnership, NFL Partnership,Martes de Visa, Transportation Partnerships, the Olympic GamesPartnership, Disney, F1 and others. - Lead media and creativeAgency management including brief, Statements of Work and AgencyBudget Management. - Work with limited direction, usually within acomplex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, factbased recommendations to Clients, other executive, functional, orregional management while supporting syndication with stakeholdersacross the organization. - Be innovative and curious, alwayslooking for ways to do things better while driving success andsharing it, as well as learning from sharing failures. - Inspire,coordinate, and motivate local agency partners to deliver best inclass marketing programs. This is a hybrid position. Hybridemployees can alternate time between both remote and office.Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a generalguidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based onbusiness needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - 10 years ofwork experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years ofwork experience with an Advanced Degree e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD.Preferred Qualifications: - 12 to 15 years of work experience witha Bachelor’s Degree or - 8 years of experience with an AdvancedDegree, e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD. - Proven Knowledge of English. -Experience in marketing communications, media, or trade marketingin a multinational company and with international brands. -Experience in working with representative business clients fromdifferent categories such as retail and finance. - You have provenexperience on developing marketing strategies and communicationsbased on business objectives and executing marketing programsdelivering measurable business and brand results. - You haveexperience managing and motivating external advertising,promotional, and media agency partners. - You have stellar writtenand verbal communication skills and can present with impact in bothEnglish and Spanish. - You have proven experience working withfinancial indicators to measure business performance including ROIand accurately forecasting sources of cost, revenue, and risk withan ability to summarize business and financial data in a usefulmanner for planning and decision-making. - You have advancedplanning and organizational skills with an impeccable attention todetail, yet you can see and convey the big picture. - You havestellar analytical and problem solving skills, and can break largeproblems down into smaller, solvable problems, and gather the datainput you need to solve them. - You are self improvement andlearning oriented and you approach problems with an open mind. -You have proven to be an exceptional influencer in your career witha unique ability to drive alignment in your agenda. - You canstructure, manage, and coordinate complex projects with multiplestakeholders at both senior and junior levels. - You have stellarentrepreneurial mindset and take initiative. - You have experienceworking with the Andean Region.
