We’re looking to hire an analytical marketing manager who is excited to learn from smart people in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll report to our CEO and Growth Marketing Strategist to: optimize our paid advertising channels + landing page strategy. You’ll also help to manage a creative team and an organic social team.
This position is ideal for someone who has Paid Ads experience, is a great Project Manager, and is looking for a place that offers long career growth with incredibly fast learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms
- Analyze conversion events using Google Analytics to inform campaign strategies
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to deploy tracking tags and manage marketing data
- Create compelling ad materials and write effective ad copy
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics weekly
- Maintain and update performance dashboards with the latest data.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Work alongside the creative team to get assets made
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Manage the organic social team

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience for a B2B company
- 1-2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and data management.
- Experience managing organic social
- Experience managing creatives
- Great project management skills
- Skilled in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on campaign metrics.
- Proficient in using formulas in Google Sheets.
- Knowledgeable in conducting A/B testing for landing page optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Speak quickly. Everyone on our team is a fast-talker. This matters to us ;)
- Experience in a CRM, ideally HubSpot
